1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any website, product, or service operated by MezaForge LLC ("MezaForge," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services
MezaForge is a technology studio providing services including, but not limited to:
- AI & automation system design and development
- DevOps consulting, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
- Digital directory products and niche web applications
- Custom software engineering and technical consulting
All services are provided "as is" unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. MezaForge reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.
3. Consulting Engagements
Consulting services are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement entered into between MezaForge and the client. In the absence of such an agreement, these Terms apply in full.
All consulting deliverables remain the intellectual property of MezaForge until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the applicable engagement agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, branding, and materials on MezaForge-operated websites — including logos, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of MezaForge LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any MezaForge content without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
5. User Conduct
When interacting with any MezaForge product or service, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, or database
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
- Use our services to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MezaForge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
MezaForge's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. MezaForge does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Privacy
Your use of MezaForge services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal information only as necessary to deliver our services and respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Information submitted through our contact forms is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and is retained only as long as necessary.
9. Third-Party Links
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MezaForge. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the applicable jurisdiction of MezaForge LLC's registered state of operation.
